Your Rights and Responsibilities

As a Content Creator, you retain full ownership of your content, including any associated sound or visual effects, subject to their own licensing agreements and any commentary you provide. However, please note that you do not own the rights to the product or its contents. Additionally, you agree not to impersonate us or harm our brand in any way.

Our Rights and Responsibilities

We retain all rights to the product and our brand (refer to our Brand Guidelines), and we reserve the right to request the removal of content owned by you or any other Content Creator if it:

• 1. Violates our copyrights or trademarks;

• 2. Jeopardizes our brand;

• 3. Is created to impersonate us;

• 4. Constitutes content produced with malicious intent that is against the law.

License Grant

Silverzone grants the rights outlined in this policy to all Content Creators.
