Governance at Silverzone

Silverzone is a privately held, stock-limited company registered in Finland. The company is governed by a Board of Directors, which is responsible for supervising the company's management and operations and planning the company's strategy and direction. Alongside the Board, we also employ an Executive Committee, headed by our Managing Director & CEO.

Board of Directors

Silverzone's Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategy and operations as well as the company's management. The Board convenes regularly to discuss the company's performance and to make decisions regarding the company's future. The Board of Directors is also responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and for ensuring that the company's financial operations are conducted in a transparent and responsible manner. The Board has also taken on the responsibility of ensuring that the company's operations are conducted in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible manner. The Board of Directors is elected by the shareholders in the Annual Ordinary General Meeting until further notice. Executive Committee

Silverzone's day-to-day operations are managed by the Executive Committee, which is responsible for implementing the company's strategy and ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly. In addition to the CEO, the Executive Committee currently includes our financial director and our head of operations. The Executive Committee is responsible for overseeing the company's various departments and ensuring that the company's operations are streamlined and efficient. The Executive Committee is also responsible for human resources management and for ensuring that the company's employees are well-trained and motivated.
